He Knows He Doesn't Have To

I re-watched beaned recently and I just noticed the shot of everybody looking mildly confused about the whole 
Arnold and Helga probably having rounded the corner with their arms locked followed by a giggling Helga sittind down in the flowers where Arnold gave her one, 
which is probably an odd scene even if they did assume helga had amnesia 'cause there's the whole Arnold being very affectionate part... 

I dunno if it's the official order of eps but where I watch it this is the episode before "Arnold visits Arnie" so methinks this whole thing set some stuff in motion in Arnold's subconcious.
